Missy and Andrew (assistant manager) were absolutely amazing and wonderful people. They had great recommendations for things to see and do as well as eat while I was in Tupelo. The door man was polite and had a warm greeting upon arrival and upon leaving for an awards banquet a very sweet compliment. They both had excellent customer service and went well above and beyond. The room was clean and spacious, there were no bugs and the room was quiet and blocked out hallway sounds and neighboring rooms.I was impressed to walk down the hall and see they shampoo the rooms. The Bar had hand crafted unique drinks that were as tastey as they were pretty and reasonably priced. The bar cuts and dries the garnishments for the drinks. The bar area also had board games and areas that you could relax and socialize and enjoy yourself.

This was the most enjoyable stay at a hotel that we’ve had in a while. The facilities were top notch, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the breeze and conversation. There’s so much to love about this place; you’ll have to experience it for yourself. For the price range, I haven’t been to any hotel that compares. This place is a must if you’re visiting Tupelo and need a room. My husband and I will definitely stay again!

The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and they even offered us some extra supplies during our stay. The receptionist was very helpful and quickly sorted out a bit of confusion with our booking, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Despite the initial mix-up, we still had a lovely stay. I didn’t try the breakfast, but the cafeteria looked nice. The location was also great, surrounded by plenty of good restaurants, so finding a place to eat was really easy.

Check-in was very quick. The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was very spacious, loved the layout & design. Free bikes to borrow. The fitness center was one of the best I have experienced. Very well equipped. The location was also nice, you could walk downtown. The only things that were subpar, tge water pressure in the shower and we did not like tge restaurant attached to the hotel. The offerings were really out there.

The hotel is really nice and free parking is just across the street. The room was spacious and quiet at the backside of the hotel. We didn't go to the restaurant, though, but it's separate from the hotel, so no breakfast. Elvis Presley's birthplace is close by and we got a voucher from the hotel to visit it for free. There's a small museum, too and the gardens around are very well kept.
